I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately at info@nwlaramie.com. We will fulfill the missing item or issue a refund.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item in my order?

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact info@nwlaramie.com with next steps. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

How do I track my order? 

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the information provided to track your order.

Why are some items not available to ship?

Currently, we are unable to ship certain items do to weight/size. All oversized products are only available for local pickup & delivery.

What if the product I need is not listed on your website?

If you need something specific and don't see it on our website, we still might be able to get it for you. Email us at info@nwlaramie.com

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Can I request a quote for bulk orders?

Absolutely. We offer special pricing for business owners. You can request a business account here. Or, if you have a specific question on a bulk order you can always email us at info@nwlaramie.com

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We do! Currently our home office is located at 4231 N 3rd Street, Laramie WY 82072.

How do I make a warranty exchange?

Northwest Contractors Supply, Inc. will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Northwest Contractors Supply, Inc. to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

When can I expect my refund?

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to original payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
